Overview of the Role

As a digital marketing specialist, you will possess digital inbound and outbound marketing skills and knowledge, along with the ability to execute, build and support marketing automation, managing online marketing omni channel execution: organic search, email, paid search, display advertising, social media, and company website.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in creating overarching digital strategy by building and deploying campaigns to optimize customer experience and support net new prospect growth across email, social, SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), display and other channels that optimize performance and drive lead generation/engagement.
- Work closely with sales to understand how they operate and how digital media can increase leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to continually define and refine relevant marketing profiles and target customer personas for purposes of personalized email campaigns and lead generation tactics.
- Responsible for email marketing function leveraging HubSpot.
- Influence and contribute to overall marketing strategy, and explore new digital channels for growth such as webinars, podcasts, etc.
- Hands-on support for all published content deployment across digital channels
- Publish and optimize digital programmatic ads, geo-fence ads and PPC ads.
- Perform website technical design and development to increase metrics and increase engagement.
- Measures and reports key analytics (KPIs) and campaign performance and outcomes to support marketing investment and attribution analysis (ROI).
- Use data analytics software tools like Google Analytics to monitor web traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, site speed, etc., to identify the best opportunities to advance business goals and work with the broader marketing and product teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to develop digital content. This role will be responsible for the email and social copy published for each campaign.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships for MarTech tools to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects branding specifications.
- Own MarTech stack and optimize tools for integrations, processes, best practices, and reporting. Ensure contracts and pricing are up to date and negotiated for the best terms.
- Prioritize ongoing professional development by conducting personal research, attending workshops and seminars, networking with industry professionals, and attaining advanced education to stay abreast on trends, best practices and strategies.
Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years minimum preferred hands-on experience displaying proficiency in digital marketing including email marketing, online advertising, programmatic display, social media, SEO and SEM programs, and website content and back-end management.
- Experience within the Agri-Food sector including agribusiness, AgTech, CPG is considered an asset.
- Advanced competency or certifications in MAP & CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Advanced competency with Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console, Tag Manager, Display Ads
- Website Administration including
- Demand-gen optimization, lead form optimization, digital analytics, refresh of website designs, and implementation of new website functionality.
- Manage applications that support WordPress (hosted on SiteGround.com)
- Conduct audits that improve site security, structure, crawling, indexing, etc.
- Ability to use data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of employees to achieve shared goals.
- Self-starter with the ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Required Experience
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- Advanced Salesforce and HubSpot Skills
- Experience with Paid Search Campaigns
- Basic Search Engine Optimization and Social Skills

- Intermediate Web Development Skills
- Content/Copy Writing Skills
- Experience with MarTech tools.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, business, communication, website/graphic design, or equivalent experience.
Location
Remote opportunity can work anywhere in the United States. Eastern/Central time zones preferred.
Travel
