We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support an Army Project Office in support of Army Air and Missile Defense (AMD) missions. The Senior Program Analyst will apply an extensive knowledge of administrative, acquisition and logistics laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to various programs.In this position, the candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert advising the customer, you will lead on all phases of the Patriot Air and Missile Defense System materiel fielding and sustainment programs.
You will need to demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and effort to meet customer requirements. This role requires the highest level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written and oral presentation skills, analytical skills (data and analysis and research) and a strong attention to detail.Specified support is required to assist in development of Materiel Fielding Plans (MFPs), review test plans for operational relevance and review system sustainment plans. You will monitor materiel fielding activities identifying elements that pose delays in the effort and providing recommendations to the customer reducing risks to the fielding schedule. Activities include New Production System Integration and Checkout (SICO) as well as Modernization efforts involving hardware and software upgrades and modifications to include preparation of Major End Item (MEI) SICO documentation.
Required
- BS or BA degree
- 10 or more years of Operational experience in support of an Army Air and Missile Defense programs (HAWK, PATRIOT, THAAD or Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS).
- Travel Required 25% - 50%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
