Peachtree Group is seeking an individual to join its fast-growing team as a DealCloud CRM Administrator. This professional will support the Management and Operations teams of the firm with maintenance and review of company, contact, and project data, administration of DealCloud CRM platform, creation of materials to present data and internal projects. As skill-set progresses, the individual will support Management team on important strategic and operational projects and analyses.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in the real estate industry and be familiar with the basic operations, product types and processes a real estate finance company. The ability to work independently and partner effectively in a highly collaborative environment is essential. Candidates should be top performers who are willing to work hard where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
- Driving the implementation and adoption of the DealCloud CRM platform across the firm
- Serving as the firm’s central resource responsible for successful upkeep of DealCloud CRM data and analysis
- Interfacing with analysts, originators, and other colleagues to ensure the latest information on deal activity and related attributes are reflected in the system
- Developing and running weekly reports for the Management team
Requirements:
- Understanding of financial concepts with a desire to learn
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Project management experience
- 2+ years’ experience implementing and customizing DealCloud to fit the needs of various Operations teams.
- Practical knowledge of how to create, implement and support Object creation, Reporting tools and Dispatch.
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably with a business and/or finance background or interest
- Intermediate to advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint experience
