We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our customer executive Team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively. The Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer’s executive office and strategic planning to ensure the success and efficiency of operations.

This is a high viability position that requires professionalism, discretion and confidentiality in handling matters of sensitive and confidential nature to ensure success of programs operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, preparing correspondence, and organizing meetings and events.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefs and background materials to support decision-making and communication.
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the organization, ensuring that key messages and directives are communicated effectively to relevant parties.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior DoD leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
