As the Associate Analyst, IT Support you will be in Peachtree Corners, Georgia at our Brightreeoffice. Reporting into the Enterprise Technology Services Team Lead - Americas, you will deliver extraordinary customer experience and IT support to all ResMedians making their lives easier by supporting them, quickly and effectively. - Onsite support at our Peachtree Cornersoffice
- Active Directory/Exchange Management
- Phone and Ticket support globally
- Support Audio/Visual and conference rooms, support hardware and network systems, phone,and video conference equipment
- Collaborate witha globalteam
- Performs other project and duties as assigned

- Bachelors degree required.

- Minimum of three (3)years of experience in the support of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications suites in a Windows 10 and Mac environment.
