How You Will Make an Impact

• Customer Support Advocate will provide accurate information regarding Great HealthWorks products or services via various channels (phone, e-mail, or mail). 
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner utilizing available resources.
• Customer Support Advocate will listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing the opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
• Communicate the company's purpose, core values, and vision to customers.
• Customer Support Advocate will handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries and investigate to ensure resolution. 
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to appropriately disposition or resolve customer inquiries.
• Customer Support Advocate will strategize the best, most efficient way to solve customer issues.
• Retain documentation and provide daily updates on progress.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1-2 years of high-volume customer service experience
• Experience in call center activities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal skills are required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college a plus
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Operate in a professional office environment.
• Constantly use work related equipment.
• To use hands, finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
