Job Overview
The Cross Channel Operations Support Specialists (Ops Support) play a crucial role in supporting our Wholesale and Correspondent business channels. They review all loan submissions for completeness, to ensure that required information and documentation has been provided. Ops Support is responsible for submitting files to underwriting as soon as they are complete. Additionally, they seek to enhance the submission process by implementing quality checks, automation, and system improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Review and index loan documentation
- Confirm loan information
- Identify and communicate outstanding requirements to applicable parties, including Account Executives, Loan Officers, Loan Processors and Sales and Operations Leaders
- Complete loan services and tasks to prepare for underwriting
- Provide excellent customer service to our partners by email and telephone
- Manage pipelines to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met
- Collaborate with managers and technology partners to improve systems, ensuring greater efficiency, user-friendliness, and accuracy throughout the loan process

- Encompass knowledge preferred
