Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership:
Develop and drive a multi-year roadmap for platform products.Align product goals with business objectives and market opportunities, ensuring strategic consistency across the organization.Platform Development:
Lead the design and development of scalable, robust platform solutions.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal performance of platform products.Business Acumen:
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy.Identify and prioritize business opportunities, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.Technical Expertise:
Deeply understand the technical architecture and components of the platform.Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, ensuring that the platform is built to meet both current and future needs.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.Maintain clear and effective communication across all teams involved in the product lifecycle.Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and release planning.Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve product features and user satisfaction.Innovation and Thought Leadership:
Stay current with advancements in platform technologies and industry trends.Advocate for innovative solutions and best practices within the organization.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role focusing on platform products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex platform products.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of platform technologies.
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation
- Base salary for this full-time position ranges from $200,000 - $240,000 + equity + benefits.
- Our base salary figures are determined in good faith at the time of the job posting
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, licensure and certifications, and/or other business and organizational needs.
