The manager will assist in the development and ongoing administration of agent and agency relationships for the purpose of commission reporting and payment for Advisor Advantage Marketing (subsidiary of Clear Spring Health). This position will report to the Manager of Sales Operations.

Main Accountabilities:



  • Coordinate service and support for all agent commission activities, working with internal partners to resolve multiple types of agency or agent concerns regarding commissions

  • Responsible for creating commission reports, commission statements, and other reports for commissions as needed

  • Coordinate and oversee all commission processes for reconciliation and payouts to downline agencies

  • Maintain and distribute commission schedules, and commission statements

  • Ensure commission calculations and reporting results are accurate

  • Maintain a strong relationship with compliance and operations partners for daily activity and production quality

  • Maintain current carrier commission levels and inform the team of any changes

  • Handle sensitive materials and data while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Assist with the commission process, working with internal partners, agents, and their upline agencies to resolve commission issues

  • Proactively identify challenges in the commission administration process and driving the implementation of improvements

  • Generating producer-related reports and queries and addressing discrepancies

  • Composing and preparing correspondence to agencies/producers/partners as it relates to commission processing

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/marketing or a related field or relevant equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the health insurance market preferably within Medicare product lines

  • Minimum 2 years of commission processing experience

  • Knowledgeable in commissions for Medicare, ACA, life and annuity products

  • Fluent in Carrier commission schedules

  • Agent experience in the health insurance market and Medicare products a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Possess strong analytical abilities

  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks

  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who can work with minimal supervision

  • Advanced understanding of commission processing and systems

  • Strong math aptitude
