Program Manager (Web Content)

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the assigned project(s) and scope(s).
• Preparing reports and plans, supervising contractor staff, issuing assignments, monitoring the contract progress, and maintaining budget control.
• Engaging with stakeholders to receive content management requests, coordinate completion of associated content updates, oversee quality checks, and assess the usefulness and benefits of services provided.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all programmatic, technical, cost, and administrative communications with the stakeholders.
• Provide the centralized planning, direction, and control required to meet the cost, schedule, and performance goals throughout the lifecycle of the program.

• Bachelor’s Degreein business/economic/technical disciplines required. 
• Experience managing a large-scale web service support with a minimum value of $5M. 
• Ten or more years of hands-on technical experience providing program management services and support to public sector organizations. 
• Ten or more years of experience in the areas of Web Modernization, Change Management, and Program Management with relevant examples of applying this expertise to the planning, execution, and control of web initiatives. 
• Ten or more years of in-depth experience working with Federal Agencies in planning for and managing Web Modernization. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills. 
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (required).
