Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Content Marketer to join our Internal Marketing team in our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, curating, and managing captivating content across various social media platforms to amplify our brand presence and engage our internal community. This senior role demands a strategic visionary with exceptional storytelling skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a strong ability to influence and mentor others in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an advanced, comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with and enhances Avenue Z’s internal marketing objectives.
- Lead the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) across Avenue Z’s social media channels.
- Oversee and refine the content calendar to ensure a consistent, strategic, and timely flow of content.
- Drive collaboration within the internal marketing team to produce innovative campaigns that engage and motivate our internal audience.
- Monitor emerging social media trends, tools, and applications, integrating innovative practices to boost Avenue Z’s social media presence and engagement significantly.
- Analyze social media metrics comprehensively and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to continually enhance content effectiveness.
- Actively engage with our internal community through sophisticated interaction strategies to foster a deep sense of community and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Mentor team members and lead by example in staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 4+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, with demonstrated success in a leadership role within an internal marketing or corporate communications setting.
- Expert proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content management tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Advanced experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and time-management skills.

Compensation:
- Job Type: Full-time Employee
- Annual Salary: $70,000 - $85,000/year
