Corporate HR/Talent Acquisition Manager
The Corporate HR/Talent Acquisition Manager is a highly visible role who works closely with senior and executive leadership to drive the strategic direction and day-to-day service delivery of the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions. Responsibilities
- Instrumental in initiating and driving all HR and TA programs and initiatives to ensure compliance while remaining competitive in the market.
- Provides the day-to-day support and in-depth knowledge of HR/TA functions, including: recruitment and selection, organizational development, performance management, employee training and development, employee engagement, benefits administration and employee relations to build and develop the strength of the organization while maintaining compliance with city, state and federal laws.
- Provides all HR/Corporate communications through newsletters, digital communications and social media for open enrollment, company news and company events.
- Provides HR/TA compliance reporting and maintenance of all employee files.
- Develops and maintains strategic recruiting processes for: identifying competitive landscapes, providing insight on competitive benchmarking, defining candidate populations, tracking legal developments and emerging trends.
- Aligns HR and TA strategy to the demands of the business.
- Brings innovation and creativity as a key leader in all areas that impact talent with a focus on delivering operational efficiencies, improving the hiring experience and enhancing the employee value proposition.
- Leads sourcing strategies through a variety of sourcing channels including the use of social media with an emphasis on passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of social recruiting tools.
- Manages, leverages, and challenges existing HR and TA strategies, methods, and systems.
- Generates a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing, assessing, on-boarding and Off-boarding talent.
- Responsible for elevating campus recruiting as a component of Archarithms’ talent strategy.
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
- Provides subject matter leadership, including engagement and thought leadership both within the company, and across all business lines.
- Leads with an operational focus, setting strategy, objectives and policies.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Conducts and administers performance and wage reviews.
- Determines reporting needs and analyzes/recommends data and processes that ensure maximum effectiveness of the HR and TA function, aligned with operational needs.
- Conducts and manages workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Resolves conflicts through professional mediation.
- Develops and ensures clear corporate HR/TA policies.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations by adhering to practices related to hiring, compliance with EEO, Affirmative Action Plans & OFCCP.
- Leads and monitors existing HR and Recruiting practices and resources, implementing new best practices and ideas that may need to change or be improved based on the needs of Archarithms.
- Identifies and evaluates market factors, economic conditions and competitor insights that may impact Archarithms ability to acquire and retain talent – Develops and implements strategy in response to these trends.
- Develops and maintains excellent employee relations.
Technical Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in using computers to perform job functions
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Prior experience in HR Management and Talent Acquisition Management
- Prior experience working with / implementation ATS systems
- Ability to travel as required
- Must be able to effectively function in a dynamic environment that is ambiguous and in a state of change due to company growth and technological advancement
- Executive level written, oral and presentation skills

- Knowledge of employment laws that impact employees and hiring practices
