Recruiter/Community Outreach Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter/Community Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential candidates, promoting our organization within the community, and fostering relationships that contribute to our growth and success. This position requires a blend of recruiting expertise, communication skills, and a passion for community engagement.
This role can be a hybrid remote position. However, a presence at our Grindstone, PA location will be required.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Utilize various sourcing techniques (online channels, networking, referrals) to build a pipeline of talented individuals.Candidate Screening and Selection:Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Community Outreach and Engagement:Represent the organization at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.Employer Branding:Promote our employer brand through compelling messaging and communication channels.Highlight our organizational culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and priorities.Share regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
