Summary of Position:


Reporting to the SVP of Innovation, you will contribute to the creation and management of GenAI engagement solutions (technology, services, and integrations) that help our company deliver complete solutions that power growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in GenAI product /solution management, industry and business processes, data and analytics, engagement systems (call, chats, etc.) and integrations. Work in industries such as digital marketing, legal, healthcare, professional services or related is a plus.

You will be techno-functional, hands-on, conversant in agile development practices, articulate, and able to develop strategic relationships with internal, client, and partner stakeholders. You are passionate about your work, learning, and making a difference in growing the company and your teams.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Develop strategic internal relationships with stakeholders across Nexa and understand their solution offerings
  • Partner with them to extend these offerings through collaboration and integrations with other EverService companies and partners
  • Develop strategic external relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and trade organizations, with a consultative mindset
  • Work with the executive team to develop and articulate the business case, early adopters, partners, success criteria, and benefits for solution offerings and/or roadmap items
  • Manage Nexa GenAI products from concept to launch and launch to scale. Products may include services offerings, technology platforms, integrations, or more typically a combination of these.
  • Manage data and insights from our solution offerings into add-on or stand-alone solution offerings
  • Manage product roadmaps and execution that is outcome / KPI driven including tactical and directional roadmaps, requirements definition, release plans, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Drive agile execution, with a focus on product profitability and contribute to solution strategy
  • Understand the business in the industries and verticals we target and incorporate these business best practices into our solutions
  • Identify target market trends, develop a strong understanding of the markets we serve, potential white spaces, & opportunities to enhance our solution offerings, roadmaps, and revenue opportunities
  • Evangelize our services and solutions by telling our story, demonstrating our value through hands-on demonstrations, and showcasing our solution and technology capabilities
  • Innovate in all aspects of our solutions including solution offerings, technology platforms, insights, integrations, processes, execution, and revenue models
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities, help people be productive, strike a balance, and grow professionally
  • Mange vendors, technology solutions budgets and spend, and contribute to company growth and profitability

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 7+ of experience in product management, solution management or a related discipline
  • 4+ years of working with strategic customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Industry knowledge with a business process mindset, able to connect client and business needs with technology enabled solutions
  • Hands on experience in working with enterprise software, cloud technology platforms and integrations
  • Experience in call tracking software, CRM systems, Data integration systems preferred
  • Experience in agile product management and development processes and software systems required
  • Experience in managing roadmaps and leading teams to execute roadmaps with clear outcomes and KPIs
  • Able to run pilots, betas, and work with team on launches
  • Demonstrated ability to work with strategic clients and partners
  • Experience working with and coordinating offshore and onshore teams required
  • Apply out-of-the-box thinking for innovative solutions to challenging problems
  • Effective communicator, verbally and in writing, bridging functional and technical topics
  • Passionate about knowledge sharing, teamwork, processes and joint successes
  • Strong work ethic, taking ownership to get things done with a “Can-Do” attitude
