You will be a part of our incredible CR BillMax team which provides managed billing services to our CentralReach customers, helping them streamline and scale their billing and collections across all the services they provide.We are looking for authorization and verification experts and/or practice administrators to join our team! Reporting to our Director, Client Services of CR BillMax, you will be a trusted partner, responsible for verifying benefits and obtaining authorizations for organizations providing ABA therapy services using the CentralReach platform.
This role will assist with starting the process to allow organizations to bill compliant clean claims for services rendered.We’re looking for people experienced in working within a customer service, who have a confident, friendly telephone manner and are motivated by helping clients with setting up their business for success with proper verification of benefits and obtaining correct authorizations. CentralReach will train you thoroughly and help you with your first calls so that you will feel fully comfortable talking with our clients.We understand the advantages to working from home, and we also believe in the power of people and connections, which is why we proudly offer a hybrid work culture. This position is hybrid with three days per week on-site at either our Fort Lauderdale, Florida or Holmdel, NJ office locations.
Key Accountabilities:
● Build strong relationships with clients and develop an understanding of individual customer needs.● Ensure timely delivery of all tasks assigned including authorizations and verifications.● Call and document proper information regarding verification of benefits.● Call and document proper information regarding authorizations.● Maintain knowledge of insurance portals.● Document all proper information regarding verification of benefits and authorizations into the CentralReach platform.● Complete workflows in CentralReach to invoice clients for our organizations.● Work within the standardized workflows to support the overall success of the department.● Respond to customer and family questions via phone, email, virtual meeting throughout the business hours of 8-4:30 Eastern.● Maintain current knowledge of system advancements and new features● Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
● 2 or more years in completing insurance and verification (ABA, Speech, OT, PT experience a plus)● 2 or more years in working in the authorizations space (ABA, Speech, OT, PT experience a plus)● Willing to roll up sleeves to get work done● Well-organized with multi-tasking skills● Confident communicator● Strong communication skills both written and verbal● Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach● Adaptable● ABA Billing and Revenue cycle management experience a plusCentralReach was developed for Clinicians by Clinicians.
