How You Will Make an Impact

IT Technical Services Technician 1 will follow department process to resolve software/hardware issues in a timely manner to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
IT Technical Services Technician 1 will resolve end user issues and challenges through the form of tickets in the Technical Services
IT Technical Services Technician 1 will use local and remote troubleshooting skills and apply basic understanding of computer software/hardware products and services to resolve client issues
Reflect a positive attitude within our department and clients
IT Technical Services Technician 1 will install department approved application on independent contractors (IC) computers
Receive telephone calls from users having problems accessing computer software/hardware or inquiring how to use specific software, electronic mail, or operating systems
Communicate with co-workers to research problem and find solution in a quick and efficient fashion
Document time and notes in each ticket as the work is happening

What You Bring to the Table

High school diploma or equivalent
0 - 1 years’ experience in a customer facing technical role
Knowledge in Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office
Basic troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of PC and software systems
Creativity, imagination and ability to multi-task
High stress tolerance and strong attention to detail
Bi-lingual in Spanish require
