KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Conduct SEO audits and identify improvement areas.
- Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
- Monitor website performance using data-driven analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the website vendor for technical updates and optimizations.
- Choose and write relevant blog topics reflecting the firm’s successes.
- Write compelling content and press releases with clarity and accuracy.
- Develop a content calendar for regular updates.
- Respond to comments and messages to engage followers.
- Track social media and blog performance, including engagement rates and follower growth.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns.
- Craft engaging emails for different audience segments.
- Review and improve email campaign performance.
- Develop outreach programs to connect with potential and existing referral partners.
- Meet regularly with partners to discuss marketing strategies.
- Provide detailed reports on marketing activities and results.
- Identify local events and community organizations aligning with the firm's values to enhance the firm's local presence
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE MARKETING MANAGER
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, experience in the legal industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong skills in analyzing market trends and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Knowledge of SEO practices and tools.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for creating compelling content.
- Experience in budget management for efficient resource allocation.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop innovative marketing tactics and content.
