Job Summary
As a Staging/MPS Technician for imageOne’s Oak Park facility, this position is essential for the setup and staging of equipment, service and support, training, and internal assistance. The role is Temporary for a period of 3- 4 months. The ideal candidate must promote excellent customer service, attention to detail, and uphold the imageOne core values as a team member!

Responsibilities
Setup and Staging of Equipment
- Unbox new orders
- Assemble new product in warehouse
- Configure settings prior to the device leaving the warehouse
- Configure peripherals with added accessories
- Upgrade firmware and tag devices
- Assist in delivery or new equipment to customer location
- Assist in removal of existing equipment if required
- Site walkthroughs and assessments
- Warehouse coverage in the afternoons
Service and Support
- Handle assigned proactive cleanings/maintenance for contractual customer who have this in their contract. These can come up quarterly, bi-annually.
- Receive inventory
- Monitor software
- Deploy configured equipment
- Unload equipment from a box truck
- Drive work vehicle as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in printer service and repair
- Valid Driver License
- The ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Safety compliance
- Operation of a lift gate
- Ability to load and unload delivery vans
- Service mindset oriented
- Preferred: HP, Xerox, and Konica Minolta manufacturer certifications
- Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems
- Preferred: ServiceNow and EA
- Experience with 3rd party print based solutions
- Preferred: Printer Logic, HP Security Manager, and LRS
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 suite
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
