The Impact U will make:
- You will report to the Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance and Partnership teams
- Work on cutting-edge technological transactions
- Contribute to the business and legal strategy of a rapidly growing tech company
What U bring:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a mid-to-large sized law firm
- Have experience focusing on enterprise technology-based transactional agreements (e.g., SaaS, licensing, non-disclosure, professional service agreements, etc.)
- Manage workload for multiple stakeholders
- JD from a top-tier law school
- Bar admission/good standing in the state of New York
- Knowledge of MS and Google Suites and Carta
- Experience in data privacy and protection and corporate governance a plus

Hiring Ranges:
- Tier 1: $142,400 - $178,000
- Tier 2: $128,200 - $160,200
Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges, including both base salary and on-target earnings (OTE). In addition to a base salary and OTE, employees may also be eligible to receive a target incentive and company equity in the form of stock options.An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries.As a remote-first company, Unqork incorporates a geographic differential into our compensation structure, depending on the candidate’s location.
We utilize a tiered system—Tier 1 and Tier 2—to accurately reflect local market rates and ensure our compensation packages are both fair and competitive.Our geographic tiers are defined as follows:
- Tier 1: New York Metro, Seattle Metro, San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, and Washington, D.C. Metro
- Tier 2: All other US and US territory locations
