Full-timeDescriptionRenu Energy Solutions is currently looking to hire a Project Intake Coordinator in our Charlotte, NC office. - Processes all new PV and ESS contract submissions internally for new customer efficiently and in accordance with protocols;
- Ensures documentation with each new project is submitted correctly, in its entirety and without error;
- Completes financial review of the project to ensure pricing is on tier with current pricing models and if not, works with the finance department and sales rep to find resolution quickly;
- Completes project intake and execution of new project creation inside CRM and project management tools along with projects folders inside google drive;
- Completes welcome email to all new customers at start of project to ensure next steps are communicated, any missing documentation is gathered and questions are answered;
- Works with internal finance team, external loan options and sales team members to ensure customers loans are executed an approved at the start of the project;
- Assist in collecting deposits for cash contracts;
- Works with Operations Supervisor and Director of Operations to point out any concerns and work on solutions for the project from time of contract;
- Works with customers on scheduling site survey in order to kick off the operations process of the project;
- Works with the Operations Supervisor in assigning the new project to the correct project team inside operations;
- Assists in addressing customer questions during the project completion process.

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

- 2 + years of experience in a contract compliance role, customer service role, sales admin role, or similar.
