About The Role


Digibee is looking for a Field Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team, to help raise brand awareness, drive demand and build pipeline in the Brazil market. The role is responsible for driving revenue by implementing relevant global marketing principles and directions to the Brazilian B2B technology market.

On a typical day, you will…


  • Support the sales team by increasing brand awareness and generating leads and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and best marketing practices to develop successful strategies: events and campaigns need to be aligned and integrated with the company's strategy.
  • Use our marketing platform to create landing pages for events, webinars, etc., and send automated and personalized email communications.
  • Evaluate the complete customer experience across various channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee the design and production of event assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Support the management of all activities related to the production of communication materials, such as press releases, social media content, presentation materials, and other promotional materials.
  • Plan, manage, and conduct events to create new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities, and deepen customer relationships – controlling the event strategy from creation to execution and on-site management.
  • Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and partners, including public relations agencies, event companies, and technology suppliers, to ensure efficient and high-quality event execution.
  • Evaluate the performance of communication and event strategies by analyzing success metrics and participant feedback, and make adjustments as necessary to improve future outcomes.
  • Nurture leads that come in via events, creating post-event strategies to keep leads engaged.
  • Define and implement innovative marketing plans that support the overall sales strategy: lead and manage the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytical reports across various platforms, extracting key insights for the development of future campaigns and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Collaborate with the channel team by working with partners to create joint campaigns and events.
  • Support other marketing projects as necessary.

What You'll Need To Bring…


  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in B2B field marketing, leading strategies, experience in high-growth companies, with a focus on volume and speed in demand generation.
  • Strong project management skills: Attention to detail, follow-up, and meeting deadlines as per project schedules, attention to quality, resources, and project budget.
  • Proven track record of executing field marketing programs and events that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing scaled and targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns throughout the funnel.
  • Experience working in digital and in-person event environments, with a deep understanding of how to integrate event experiences into the buyer’s journey.
  • Successful track record of collaborating with sales teams, including joint planning, lead management, and earning trust as a strategic partner, supporting and developing events to help them expand in their assigned territories; incorporates strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate sales needs.
  • Design and produce event marketing materials, such as invitations, brochures, posters, web/social media banners, etc.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize and communicate business health to leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to converse with diverse audiences (both verbal and written) and build relationships with clients.
  • Startup mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining an optimistic attitude, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate and interact with relevant internal departments as needed, including: purchasing, finance, legal, etc.
  • Leadership and indirect management skills, experience leading projects with partners and vendors.
  • Experience with CRM - especially Hubspot.
  • Advanced or fluent English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of social media.
  • Knowledge of the B2B market.
  • Passion for creating immersive brand experiences and storytelling.
  • Highly organized and proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
