KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Close new and re-contract RMR business in Malaysia
  • Proactively research and reach out to potential clients via compelling cold calls, persuasive cold emails or social media activities
  • Present the business impact of scent marketing and air purification to captivate potential clients
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Director and Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities within major markets across the assigned territories
  • Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and Business Development Manager
  • Report sales results to the Senior Sales Director and Business Development Manager, providing valuable industry and market insights.
  • Stay at the forefront of customer experience trends in the hospitality, real estate, retail, gaming, fitness, and senior living industries
  • Research industry trends, new company products, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with teammates on creative prospecting initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing consultative, professional sales development.
  • Accurately log, track, and maintain sales records
  • Attend ongoing product and fragrance training sessions
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while remaining a fantastic team player
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas and be intensely focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


  • University degree in Marketing or Sales.
  • Min. 2 years of call center with selling experience with proven track record of achievement, preferably selling B2B products or services.  Experience on inside sales or customer service is also considered.
  • Proven record on consultative/value-based selling via cold calls and/or cold e-mailing
  • A highly motivated sales-oriented person who is driven by hitting their goals and thrives on success.
  • Strong communication skills and inborn ability to build rapport and generate interest in our products and services.
  • Strong on persuading and delivering captivating presentations.
  • Works well with minimal supervision taking initiative 
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success.
  • Critical problem-solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • High proficient in written and verbal English and, Malay, Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and/or Southeast languages (such as Malay, etc.).
