About the team
The Senior Professional Services Consultant team sits within the Identity & Fraud EMEA division working closely with a wide range of stakeholders: New Business; Customer Success Managers; Product Managers; and Professional Services Implementation Consultants. Working in partnership with our Sales Teams, we bring customer relevant solutions to our sales process across discovery, demos, thought leadership, services scoping, coaching, and facilitation.
The role
You will work closely with New Business, Account Managers, Product and the Professional Services Implementation team to shape and sell our Identity solutions and Professional Services into our top accounts. You will use your ability and expertise to solicit business requirements, to develop a sales strategy, design solutions that address these requirements, and provide maximum business value.
What you will do
Support/Expertise
- Serve as the technical expert in New Opportunities supporting Sales and Pre-Sales efforts
- Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals that outlines our consulting services and drive customer account growth
- Possess the knowledge and expertise to support two or more GBG products.
- Stay informed on regulatory requirements, emerging technologies, and the customer journey landscape
- Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems effectively
- Analyse and make recommendation on how Customers can optimize their onboarding journey
- Design and execute proof of concept projects, demonstrating the value of GBG solutions
Client Engagement
- Plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time and quality targets
- Engage with clients to identify, develop and meet business needs
- Help identify growth potential within the Customer portfolio
- Ongoing provision of support to customers, ensuring continued satisfaction
- Expand relationships with existing customers, collaborating closely with Sales Managers to identify new professional services opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies
- Strong experience running and conducting product demonstrations
- Revenue driven with a sales mindset who thrives in a high paced environment
- Experience collating, translating, and communicating the functional needs of a customer
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivator that thrives in an ever-changing environment
- Progressive out-of-the-box thinker who is comfortable challenging the status quo
