Quint has a portfolio of 15+ official property partnerships servicing over 90 events including Formula 1, NBA, Kentucky Derby, MotoGP, NASCAR Chicago Experiences, Breeders Cup, Belmont Stakes and the NHL. The RoleAs the Manager of Product Development, you are responsible for product development process and product launch process.Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assist with product development, such as building pricing models, working with ops to be sure Pricebook & Inventory Master (Stoli) is correct and executed properly.
- Facilitate special pricing, group, or custom requests from the sales team.
- Liaison with Event Ops executed properly.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify packages, products, or hotels with low inventory and assess if there is a need to request/add inventory. Working with our Product Coordinators.
- Oversee the product launch process across all internal departments to ensure that timelines and deliverables are met.
- Manage inquiries from the sales team, such as general event/program questions, information needed (i.e. menus), and specific or new inventory availability.
- Collaborate with Accounting Ops to update event financials budgets and settlements.
- Tracking both internal and external (partner) action items and follow-up.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
ExperienceThis position plays a key role in the company success. Here are some highlights of the type of person and background we believe will thrive in this role:
- 3+ years of event management, project management, or/and hospitality experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Salesforce or other CRM software – Knowledge of Trello and Genuity a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of coworkers including executive leadership within and with partners.
- Working knowledge of general event, hospitality, and experience cost structures
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Flexibility to manage competing priorities.
- Be enthusiastic and eager to grow beyond this role.
