POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers. Responsible for managing services utilizing advanced data mining and analytics to leverage ML products. Utilize Business Intelligence tools to create client reporting deliverables, schedule walkthroughs with clients, review completed reports with their staff, and provide additional recommendations. Define and deliver innovative analytics solutions to consulting clients.Business Intelligence responsibilities will include providing ongoing development assistance to product offering advancement to core templates used in base offerings for services.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Responsible for the creation of Reveal Pro reports and managing other report assignments.•Develop new reporting and analytics capabilities, including automated reporting and dashboards, as a Business Intelligence developer to support organizational goals and needs.

•Advise clients on analytical tools and techniques that will derive business insights, address business needs, and support data-driven decision-making.  •Translate quantitative analysis into transformative business strategies and actionable recommendations.  •Perform exploratory data analysis using data mining, forecasting, dashboards, data modeling and simulations to develop project deliverables with ongoing training. •Ensure adherence to set standards in the successful delivery of results based on the scope of work.

Participate in the internal processes of knowledge sharing and product/service innovation.•Participate in cross-training and professional development with internal team members.QUALIFICATIONS:  •Bachelor’s Degree in ISDS/MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Mathematics;•3-5 years of relevant experience is required•Expert to advanced knowledge of Power BI required, including proficiency with DAX•Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis•Intermediate experience using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;•Must be able to multi-task and be very detail-oriented•Team-work attitude, flexibility and ability to manage different phases of a project; •Strong communication and presentation skillsPreferred:•Advanced Degree;•Knowledge of US regulations regarding lending practices;•Market experience preferred-consulting, financial servicesMeridianLink has a wonderful culture where people value the work they do and appreciate each other for their contributions.
