This might be the perfect opportunity for you!The Implementation Advisor for ProfitPlan coordinates the implementation of product features, executes special projects for existing customer needs, and serves as SMEs in the support model for production and implementation customers. Identifies and manages project risks. Evaluates the implementation methodology and enhances it continuously.
Typical Functions:
- Subject matter expert (SME) and point of escalation for ProfitPlan
- Develops and implements testing strategies, facilitates integration setup and deployment, and troubleshoots to ensure proper implementation
- Ensures implemented products and features meet company requirements
- Conducts training of new products to ensure smooth implementation
- Assists in creating and updating product documentation
- Communicates project status, issues and risks to management
- Liaison for customer support and technical services and serves as an escalation point for ticketing based on subject matter expertise
- Works closely with the product and development team to ensure bugs are worked through in a timely manner
- Identify pain points for implementations and project operations and work to identify and implement solutions
- Other duties or functions may be assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical roles
- Self-starter and strong independent learner who takes initiative and gets the job done.
- Ability to effectively translate operations issues into technical action items
- Ability to create process documentation to improve implementation task efficiency.
- Previous experience with ProfitSword products is a plus.
