What does a day look like in my role?As the Implementation Specialist, you will be key to our Customer Success team. You will complete various projects to assist new Delivra customers and existing customers in implementing new features. Daily, you will be fulfilling technical setup needs, working to meet project timelines and making customers feel confident in their decision to entrust our team with their marketing automation success.We get it: You want to know what you’re signing up for before you apply, right? This is what you need to know: as the Implementation Specialist at Delivra, you will use your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to ensure each customer is set up for success from day one. How you will impact the business:Fulfill technical implementation needs:
- Play a key role in customer onboarding from the time they sign the contract through the completion of Delivra feature adoption to ensure customers are set up for success in Delivra’s platform.
- This role will be responsible for account setup, configuration of integrations, building automated workflows and data migration.
Own the process for onboarding new SMS customers:
- Serving as the main point of contact for SMS from contract signing through first message sends.
- Work with customers, internal team members, and vendors to ensure the process of setting up SMS goes smoothly.
Assist with form, landing page and email design requests:
- Assist with design requests: Use the Delivra product to create forms, landing pages and emails, source images, and resolve rendering issues.
- A basic understanding of HTML will be required for some projects, while others will be performed in our drag-and-drop editor.
Partner with other Customer Success Team members:
- Provide best-in-class implementation experiences including identifying opportunities to recommend additional services to help customers realize maximum value from our product.
Mitigate onboarding risks:
- Identifying warning signs and proactively seeking solutions.
Create customer resources:
- Assist in creating/maintaining onboarding resources such as help articles or videos, as well as participate in live customer webinars.
Offboard customers:
- When a customer cancels, follow standardized procedures to deactivate accounts and create a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
What we would like to see in you:Every Redbricker has three things in common: We’re curious, hungry, and good-humored. We try our best to balance hard work with good, old-fashioned fun. As the Implementation Specialist at Delivra, there are extra specialties we’re on the lookout for:
- Solid software and technical skills, with an emphasis on SaaS applications
- Track record of managing multiple projects while attending to details big and small
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in SQL; understanding of database architecture and database modelling
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver to edit HTML
- Experience setting up SMS marketing programs
- Consultative approach to meeting customers’ strategic goals
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to speak with various stakeholders (IT teams, Graphic Designers, Marketing Directors, etc.)
- Demonstrated success coaching customers using a variety of tools including written resources, video tutorials, and webinars
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to proactively solve problems
- Naturally curious; continuous learner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 Years experience in either marketing automation solutions or software implementation project management
