As our
Clinical Project and Quality Manager your role is to support the clinical team in providing excellent, efficient and safe member care by managing clinical efficiency and quality improvement projects.

What You’ll Do:
Clinical Team Project Management:
- In collaboration with Clinical Leadership team, identify issues and outline solutions that will prioritize member care, operational efficiency, clinical safety and excellence, drive organization-wide Objective Key Results Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project development, from initial concept to final delivery
- Act as a clinical team stakeholder in cross-functional projects and product launches
- Responsible for tracking and reporting out on project milestones and ensuring deliverables meet department needs
Clinical Quality Assurance:
- As directed by CCO and Medical Director, plan and implement rigorous quality control measures, conducting regular reviews of clinical policies and procedures (SOPs, wiki pages) and clinical documentation to ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices
- Manage clinical team audit process, including dissemination of audit results, retraining/education, and corrective actions
- Manage incident reporting process, including incident investigation and ongoing reporting
EMR Subject Matter Expert:
- Point person for identifying and training team on EMR updates
- Responsible for investigating EMR clinical efficiency processes
- Point person for troubleshooting and managing EMR systems issues
What You’ll Bring:
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Member ops, Clinical Ops, Clinical Leadership, engineers, designers. Experience collaborating with organizational leaders and presenting comprehensive project plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly. Experience developing business cases and prioritizing high-impact deliverables.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocations, monitoring progress and proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives within the healthcare practice, leveraging your expertise to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
- Accountability: Accountable for and able to deliver on key results for multiple strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, risk management, performance improvement, and patient-relationship development
- Strong ability to conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns related to outcomes
- Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community
Experience:
- Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, CNM)
- 4+ years related experience in Project Management and Quality Improvement
- Experience in startup environments preferred
