Requirements
Some of your Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing the sale.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
- Effectively present products to prospective clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs to nurture and grow existing partnerships.
- Collaborate across the company to respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction in order to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Communicate and report on successes and obstacles to overcome.
- The role is a remote position with some travel expected for in-person meetings and/or conferences.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- History and evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable helping to lead complex contract negotiations.
- Ability to lead analysis-driven negotiation processes and have proven closing skills (internal or external).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a Sales Professional.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly developed business acumen.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sales.
- College degree required, BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing preferred.
- Experience working with brand manufacturers (both large and emerging brands).
- Experience selling software solutions and/or marketing solutions.
