Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile BizOps Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across CoverForce. The role will report to the CEO and work closely with the Founders in scaling internal processes and company operations as the company expands. The position is based in New York City, with a couple of days a week in the office.
What You’ll Do
Operational Efficiency: Design, manage and improve business processes, automate systems, and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure productivity and scalability.
Financial Management: Oversee invoicing, bookkeeping, resource allocation, expenditure approvals, and strategic financial planning to support decision-making.
Strategic Planning: Define company strategies, set plans, identify initiatives, and collaborate with the executive team to achieve organizational objectives.
Product and Market Strategy: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to launch new products and business lines, and drive go-to-market strategies.
Business Intelligence: Establish KPIs, monitor performance, analyze P&L for opportunities, and develop data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive business outcomes through collaboration with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
What We’re Looking For
Prior consulting or investment banking experience, or experience at a fast-growing startup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with high adaptability to change.
Willingness to work in the NYC tri-state area for hybrid working.
Open to providing US work authorization/sponsorship, if needed.
