Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Opportunity to join Larson-Juhl, the worldwide leader in the custom framing industry and a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, as a Digital Marketing Specialist for North America. This position is located in our support center (i.e. company headquarters) in the Johns Creek area of Atlanta, GA and will report to our Marketing Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website
- Provide on-going development and maintenance of the website and mobile app roadmap
- Create appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy
- Collaborate with management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
- Work with IT to coordinate website and mobile app activities in delivering business goals and objectives.
- Assist with development and coordination of marketing materials
- Proactively review analytics across teams and business areas to identify content opportunities as well as opportunities to improve user experience and may assist in executing the optimizations across teams as needed
- Utilize digital analytics to provide insights and recommendations on user behavior patterns, feature usage, conversion rate, and overall market value
- Report on website analytics monthly and present to leadership on a quarterly basis
- Work closely with the IT Team to implement website enhancements and redesigns
- Serve as an SEO and content expert for our digital properties (website, mobile) including ownership of the larsonjuhl.com homepage strategy and other Larson-Juhl’s North America properties such as shop.larsonjuhl.com
QUALIFICATIONS
AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Possesses strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data extraction, manipulation and presentation
- Excellent presentation skills: PowerPoint, etc.
- Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt to multiple deadlines
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce (Magento)
- Ability to develop, maintain and update digital content via omni-channel (website and mobile)
- Experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Product Information Management systems such as Salsify
- Experience in Atlassian software (Jira) a plus
