What You’ll Do/ Day In The LifeAs the Data Solutions Architect you will be responsible for managing our data infrastructure, designing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and analyzing data to meet business requirements. In this role you will utilize your extensive experience with Snowflake and Tableau, along with your strong background in data engineering, data science, and data analysis. Additionally, as the Data Solutions Architect will leverage your proficiency in AI and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.Key Competencies:

Essential Job Duties & Functions
- Data Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient data architectures using Snowflake.
- Data Pipeline Development: Develop and manage robust data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow from various sources to our data warehouse and other systems.
- ETL Tool Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to facilitate efficient data integration and transformation processes. Ensure the ETL processes are optimized for performance and reliability.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity through comprehensive validation and cleansing processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create and manage dashboards and reports using Tableau to present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
- AI and BI Tools: Leverage AI and BI tools to automate data analysis, enhance predictive modeling, and generate advanced insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, data analysts, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize data systems for performance and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds/14 kilograms.
- Full time in-person based in the Charlotte, NC office.
- Willing and eligible to travel internationally, as needed.

Technology Development: Collaborate with Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or data analysis roles.
- Proven experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
- Experience in managing ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or FiveTran.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with AI tools.
