We are currently seeking an ISSO to support network infrastructure and operations in support of PEO Aviation located in Huntsville, AL. This is an intermediate level position. The successful candidate will work across PEO Aviation’s Cyber Team and Applications Team to maintain and strengthen the security posture of the applications hosted on PEO Aviation’s network.
Duties
- Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all applications; ensures validity and accuracy review of all associated documentation.
- Performs compliance reviews of application development and security plans, performs risk assessments, and performs security test evaluations and audits.
- Analyzes security requirements for information protection for enterprise applications.
- Assists in the development of application security policies.
- Analyzes the sensitivity of information and performs vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flows.
Qualities
- Ability to interpret and apply DOD and Army level cyber instructions and regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS with 5+ years of experience or AA with 7+ years of experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- IAT II Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with setting and verifying security configurations for IIS, SQL, SharePoint and other web server and database technologies
- Experience with SharePoint 2013, 2019
- Experience with Fortify
- Experience with .net and other programming languages
