THE ROLE
PlayOn! Sports is looking for a District Renewal Project Manager (PM) who will work within the PlayOn! Sports Customer Experience (CX) team, supporting the critical initiative of driving district renewal success rate for the company. This role will work with key internal and external stakeholders, including sales, install and field operations, field support, and external district representatives that we working to renew. Ultimately, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that our district schools’ equipment is functioning without flaw.Additional responsibilities and accountabilities for this role could include:• Manage a collection of district implementations ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.• Leverage internal systems and programs to deep dive, troubleshoot, and resolve issues remotely for all cameras not functioning properly.• For issues not resolved remotely, identify root cause and on-site troubleshooting required to bring system back up and running.• Coordinate with District Athletic Director, School Athletic Director, District Install Coordinator, and District Field Support team to schedule and execute service calls to district school sites.• Work as the main point of contact with the sales team – providing updates as necessary and answering any questions/concerns.• Track all progress and updates by creating cases in Salesforce and updating as necessary.• For assigned district schools, manage all activities and communication associated with repairs – setting timelines, monitoring progress, and reporting on performance to key internal and external stakeholders.• Passionately work to do whatever it takes to bring all cameras within assigned district schools to function flawlessly and as expected.• Travel up to 50% of the time.
