The Role We Need:
The Member Acquisition Agent at PadSplit plays a crucial role in expanding the member base by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging with potential members. This role involves a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure prospective members understand the value of PadSplit’s offerings and are guided smoothly through the onboarding process.

Here's What You'll Do Day To Day:
- Prospect Identification: Identify potential members through various channels including online platforms, community events, and referrals.
- Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential members through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, etc.) to generate interest in PadSplit.
- Engagement: Communicate the benefits of PadSplit and address any questions or concerns potential members may have.
- Onboarding: Guide new members through the application and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align member acquisition strategies with company goals.
- Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with potential members, tracking progress and providing support as needed.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system and provide regular reports on outreach activities and results.
Here's What You'll Need To Be Successful:
- Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in sales or customer service roles, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems like Hubspot or Zendesk, email marketing tools, and social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to potential members’ concerns or barriers.
- Data Entry and Typing Skills: Excellent data entry and typing abilities are crucial for maintaining accurate and organized records of all member interactions and transactions.
- Stress Management: You need to be capable of handling stressful situations with composure and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for members even in challenging circumstances.
- Technical Requirements: A stable internet connection and a quality headset are necessary to ensure clear and reliable communication during all interactions.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience working in startups or the real estate industry is preferred, equipping you with a valuable understanding of dynamic environments and sector-specific challenges.
Interview Process:
- Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager.
- If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video interview with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
- If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Marketing Operations Supervisor for thirty (30) minutes.
- If warranted, the final step would be a video interview with our Director of Member Acquisition for thirty (30) minutes.
- If warranted, then we move to contract!
