- Develop and maintain web-enabled capabilities and custom applications.
- Define technical requirements, plans and prioritize work, and assist in identifying work for project schedules.
- Managing priorities and deliverables to ensure timely and successful.
- Manage timelines, expectations, and processes for building and launching all content on the website.
- Commitment to clear and quality communications between team and client product managers.
- Work with stakeholders to scope and build web experiences for initiatives and campaigns.
- Commitment to promoting a collaborative work environment with team members and customers.
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; or four or more years’ experience in Internet applications and design without a four-year degree.
- Ten (10) years of Drupal Content Management Experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in using agile methodologies.
- One (1) year of experience managing COTS implementation of a Cloud-based, Content Management System (CMS) project.
- Extensive experience in Web design and development, Web-based programming and applications, and Section 508 compliance, as it applies to Government Web sites.
- Extensive experience with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining CMS technology, with specialized experience with Drupal.
- Extensive experience in using database management for Web applications, and Oracle as it applies to Web-based applications.
- Active Industry Standard Drupal certification (required).
