GlobalLogic is a Hitachi Group Company.Method is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with intimate familiarity of the web platform to join our team. Our Full-Stack Engineers are engaged in the full spectrum of product development, working with a team to write great software and build engaging products.

Do you have the technical and relational skills to build business-critical applications with a high-performing, cross-functional team?Our engineering teams at Method generally operate with small teams working closely together on a wide variety of projects that range from an apparel design studio in the browser, to offline-enabled mobile web applications. We have products in production today built with a range of platforms. Our technology choices are not set in stone, we instead choose the best for the problem at hand. Our web stacks today include React, Angular, Vue.js, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, and more.You want the web to compete with native platforms on every level; from building compelling experiences to maintenance, usability, and distribution. Regardless of what browser you use for daily use, you strongly believe that testing, supporting, and encouraging use of all browsers is core to the current and future success of the web.You are a human first, a developer second. You are willing and able to partake in and lead communication with project stakeholders.

You should be able to explain technical constraints to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:


You will succeed in this role if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience working on large development projects using React and related tools
  • Strong proficiency with programming in Typescript
  • Strong understanding of component lifecycles and hooks in React 17+
  • Strong understanding of State Management tools like Redux, Context, and RTK Query, and the different uses/purposes of each
  • Strong experience building robust unit tests and component tests using tools like Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
  • 5+ years of experience working on large development projects using the .NET framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
  • Strong proficiency with programming in C#
  • Have experience with ORMs, dependency injection, and unit testing frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience developing in an Agile project management environment
  • Hands-on experience and familiarity with Azure and cloud computing
  • Strong experience implementing code quality enforcement tools to improve the code quality and development speed of an engineering team
  • Experience leading an engineering team, mentoring team members, and planning and strategizing work delivery
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to manage delivery expectations
  • Get equally excited about scalable UI and API design
  • 3+ years experience building and interfacing with REST APIs in modern languages and frameworks like Node.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.
  • Understanding of scalable UI development patterns
  • Understanding of scalable API development patterns
  • Work well with others, enjoy collaborating with and mentoring others, unafraid to reach out to others for support
  • Love learning and growing as much as delivering high quality products and features

Nice to have:


  • Experience building and managing scaled frontend architectures like Microfrontends, Monorepos, and shared internal libraries
  • Experience managing and evolving CI/CD pipelines and related DevOps tools
  • Experience building and maintaining application analytics
  • Experience building Authentication and protected applications
  • Experience utilizing tools to support monitoring, logging, and securing applications
  • Experience architecting complex software systems

$147,000

$179,000


annually.  This salary range is specific to Colorado residents only, and provided as a general estimate.  The amount offered may be higher or lower. Method  takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

$162,000


to

$198,2000
