Lumerate is growing rapidly, and we’re searching for a Director of Customer Empowerment to join us for the journey!

Who is Lumerate?

We are a Toronto-based SaaS company. Our vision is to be the world's most useful and trusted source of information for professionals seeking to understand what's happening in their industry. Our mission at the company is powering informed industry conversations. We’re currently a distributed team of 67 (you’d be lucky Lumerite #68!), scattered across Canada, the UK, and South America.Lumerate is launching another new brand and we are looking for the first customer-facing role related to this brand.

We operate on the belief that the business world is a collection of complex information niches that end up with crummy software and information products because they aren’t mainstream and won’t get the attention of VC backing. We believe the experts within those niches deserve purpose-built tools that accommodate the nuances of that niche and the things that an industry participant wants to achieve. We have positioned our bootstrapped company to successfully enter these underserved markets through leveraging our economies of scope. You will be leveraging those same economies in this role and helping bring a new brand to the world.
