Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing essential support to leadership within various departments.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist in executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements when needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging necessary facilities and equipment.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update the filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in facility management and work with other departments to ensure smooth operations in all our locations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with HR & IT for onboarding new employees, including phone, laptops and orientation arrangements.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Positive attitude and team player. Always willing to lend a hand and assist others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
