As a Program Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the future of transportation electrification by supporting EnergyHub’s Client Success, Partner Solutions and Product teams in maintaining partnerships with our utility clients and device partners to grow the size of their EV make-ready programs. This includes handling foundational level operations and day-to-day processes during different points in the client, partner and product life cycle. You will also support the Client Success team with other operational tasks and day-to-day processes during different points in the client life cycle. The Program Operations Coordinator will work directly with EnergyHub’s Client Success, Product and Partnerships teams to make sure that EnergyHub’s clients and partners receive the utmost client service & technical support levels and a smooth experience with EnergyHub. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the utility or cleantech space who wants exposure to different aspects of maintaining successful client and partner relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Client Success, Partner Solutions and Product teams with the operational aspects of EnergyHub’s electric vehicle make-ready programs including creating relevant reporting and basic analysis, reviewing and verifying partner data completeness and delivery, troubleshooting and supporting bug resolution, onboarding partners, …
- Support the Client Success Managers & Partner Solutions team in post-sale activities & attend client & partner meetings where relevant.
- Ensure program activities are in accordance with established standard operating procedure for the programs they are supporting, and create relevant reporting and basic analysis.
- Partner with Client Success Managers, Product Managers and Partner Solutions Managers to align on tasks and deadlines for the programs they are supporting.
- Support team members in day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Participate in and take notes during onboarding and workshop calls with clients & partners.
- Prepare monthly recurring client & partner reports.
- Develop an understanding of technical aspects of demand response management.
- Maintain, update, and distribute account data in Salesforce.
- Conduct basic data analysis projects.
- Support the implementation, launch, and stewardship of program & partner launches, as needed.

Key Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working in a client or partner facing role whether in Client Success Operations, Sales Planning, Client Services, Ad Operations, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Partner Operations, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines; some project management experience is a plus as is experience working with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.
- Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals
- Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint - any experience with data visualization tools a plus but not a prerequisite
- Willing and available to be on call several weeks per year for after-hours emergency client or partner escalations
