Job Summary:
We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the partnership success team, defining success metrics, and ensuring that both our partners and our company achieve mutual and sustained success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership success strategy that supports and aligns with our business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the partnership success team to ensure a high level of service and support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships by delivering continuous value and ensuring they achieve their business objectives with our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless partner integration and ongoing satisfaction.
- Regularly evaluate partner needs and trends and adapt strategies to serve those needs effectively.
- Design and implement best practices for partner management and success.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and deliver reports on partnership health and ROI to senior management.
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalations and resolve any issues that affect partner satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in partner events and workshops to boost engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in partnership management or business development, preferably within the fintech or related industry.
- Experience in the commercial insurance industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership strategies and plans.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with C-level executives and various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle multiple partnership engagements effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and partnerships metrics.
