Luxury Sales Division Client Advisor

Position Highlights:

• Location: Must live near our Richmond, VA location for in-office training.
• Training: Comprehensive 12-week onsite training program.
• Work Flexibility: Enjoy the option to work from home post-training, based on performance.
• Earnings: 1st Year ($60,000 to $100,000) and 2nd Year and Beyond ($100,000+).
• Top reps earn $275K annually!

What you’ll Do:

Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices, offer exceptional relationship-based service to our clients, meet performance goals, and attend all training sessions.

Training & Full-time Schedule: 

• Weeks 1-3:  On-site training (10:00am-6:30pm EST, Mondays thru Fridays)
• Weeks 4-12:  On-site, on-the-job work (10:00am-6:30pm EST, Mondays thru Fridays)
• Weeks 13+:  Option to work in-office or work from home (contingent on meeting department key performance indicators (KPI) standards and management approval) In-office dress code is business casual.

Compensation: 

• Weeks 1-3:  $24/hour 
• Weeks 4-12: $24/hour + 50% commission 
• Weeks 13+ $24/hour + 50% commission (in-office) OR $18/hour + 50% commission, on the job, working from home, with management approval.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2+ years of relationship sales experience, willing to commute to our Richmond, VA office for training. Demonstrated sales proficiency, excellent phone skills, and a passion for meeting sales goals are key.
