About the Role


As a Customer Success Engineer, you are supporting technical questions and issues from our customers. Whether it is an integration issue or question about the technical capabilities of our products, you are comfortable identifying a resolution and determining a next course of action. This position works cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver value, drive engagement and expansion, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.This role is based in office in San Francisco or New York City with flexibility to work remote 2 days per week.

Your Impact


  • Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues, conduct technical demos, and align with business and product goals.
  • Resolve technical questions or objections. Identify custom solutions and workarounds to address customer needs and teach customers how to maximize the platform’s value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance to address customers' business goals, needs, and pain points with a priority to onboard and roll out planning.
  • Help drive the product roadmap as you bring the voice of your customers into planning meetings to describe inhibiting issues, objects, or lacking features to the product team.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support technical onboarding.
  • Act as a liaison with our Product and Engineering teams on escalations. Detailed discovery to allow product teams to efficiently address any issues.

Your Strengths


  • 2-4+ years of experience in customer success, ideally selling to product teams.
  • Problem solver mindset - Hunger for understanding why something is happening and enjoy digging into the source code to troubleshoot issues.
  • Familiarity with SDK integrations and publicly available APIs.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, alongside great problem solving abilities.

Employee Pay Disclosure


The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $140,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
