This approach not only informs but also catalyzes decisive action, positioning Seerist as a pivotal ally in navigating today’s complex security landscape.About the Role:Seerist is looking for an experienced solution engineer responsible for pre-and post-sales engineering focused on enhancing the end-user experience through the adoption and enhancement of Seerist’s threat and risk assessment technologies.
Activities include working with Seerist sales and client success managers to: 1) identify customer’s business problems, desired outcomes and/or mission challenges and proposing solutions to those using our technology, 2) engaging as the primary client resource on complex technical sales engagements 3) providing direct technical support to client’s platform and API questions.You will work on a wide range of problems creating new capabilities and enhancing existing ones.Responsibilities:
- Solve real problems for, and deliver real value to, Seerist’s customers and partners on a daily basis
- Deliver successful outcomes for Seerist's customers and partners with speed, precision, quality, and innovation
- Collaborate with the Sales, Client Success, Head of Product, CTO and Chief Engineer in solving customers problems
- Participate in discovery sessions aimed at solving tough client problems and translating solutions into software
Required Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related experience
- 5+ years consulting/implementation experience, with a demonstrated ability of enhancing customer relationships
- Experience in building Web Applications multi-tenant SaaS preferred
- Experience building cloud native REST based microservice APIs
- Experience using Cloud Based Technologies, AWS Preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio and Tableau
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrated success in working proactively and collaboratively on multiple projects with simultaneous deadlines under fast-paced conditions; must be available to perform duties in high tempo environments
- Experience working with web-based mapping technologies
- Coding knowledge and experience with several languages such as: Node, JavaScript, Vue, python, Java
- Strong ability to plan, lead, and implement the successful completion of major project initiatives and efforts, as required
