Reporting to the EMEA. Head of Sales, you will be joining a Sales team of 21 (VP of Sales, Heads of Sales, Sales Enablement Manager, Account Executives, BDRs) located in New York, Paris and Singapore and whose sole mission is to bring on new customers. This team has been the engine of DataDome’s exponential growth in the past years: be ready to join a rocket!DataDome’s core values include #TeamSpirit and #Passion. You will be expected to collaborate closely with other teams and show great enthusiasm and energy.DataDome is a full SaaS solution, with a short Sales Cycle that allows new Account Managers to secure deals within their first 3 months after joining the company.
Your scope:
As the EMEA. Business Development Manager you will lead a dedicated and top performing 5+ person BDR team.

You will be more specifically in charge of things like...
- Working directly with the EMEA Head of Sales, you will draw up a joint strategy for contributing to the pipeline generation. You will be the living incarnation of DataDome outbound effort.
- Define and keep track of individual and team objectives
- Build and execute the most efficient outreach strategy and tactics (playbook) to book meetings with DataDome target accounts.
- Structure the territory coverage strategy, and build territory and account plans with your team
- Provide day-to-day team animation and management: activity tracking, review of tactic efficacy, Blitz routines, sharing of best-practices, cross-training of team, mentoring, etc.
- In close collaboration with the Sales Enablement Manager, ensure BDRs are trained on Account Executive partnership, uniform reporting practices (through Salesforce), product information, and outreach strategy and templates (including scripts, templates, etc.)
- Work with Marketing & Growth teams to build coordinated programs that tie to performance and adapting as needed based on program performance
- Anticipate challenges and scale processes, technology and team to support the growth of pipeline over time
- Generate new ideas, test them against data, turn them into action and supervise the success of projects and system improvements

It would be great if...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of recent experience as a BDR, SDR, or Account Executive; 3+ years experience leading a team of BDR’s, or Account Executives in a SaaS environment
- You're an expert in setting up outbound motions, monitoring performance, coaching and supporting BDRs.
- Passion for prospecting and sales standard methodologies
- Experience with detailing sales activities and forecasting in Salesforce
- Excellent mentoring and development skills with a track record of building successful teams
- Self-motivated, standout colleague with a can-do attitude
