About the Implementation Specialist Role:


As an Implementation Specialist, the person will play a key role in launching, configuring, and training customers on the different Kinetik platforms. The person will work directly with the customers to understand their needs, providing hands-on guidance with a dedicated team of engineers to ensure successful use of our platform. The Implementation Specialist will be also responsible for optimizing our accelerating customer launch timelines. 

The Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:


  • Performs configuration changes, acceptance testing and training regarding upgraded systems
  • Tracks KPIs and project deliverables
  • Plans, organizes and controls multiple project initiatives in accordance with approved scope and schedule
  • Stays on top of the delivery of assigned projects, and acts as the primary communication point for the Technology-Engineering team with stakeholders
  • Works cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to share customer insights and help inform our product roadmap to meet customer needs
  • Assists in developing and implementing configuration management (CM) procedures
  • Leads a growing team of implementation engineers serving as the first points of contact for customers, ensuring they have a great experience throughout their implementation journey 
  • Onboards, supports, and ensures the success of early customers in their use of Kinetk's platform through effective problem solving, serving as an internal client-facing point of escalation
  • Prepares, facilitates, and documents outcomes of team communications; ensures that meetings have clear purpose and objectives and key outcomes are documented 
  • Develops an understanding of the regulatory, legal, clinical, and commercial functions that contribute to overall project success
  • Guides cross-functional teams through planning, design, development, validation, and study execution
  • Establishes and maintains project schedules, and generates reports that summarize project status and risk
  • Works closely with Technology, Product Teams, and cross-functional teams to build implementation strategies for enterprise clients
  • Creates and updates implementation documentation for customers using the suite of software and technical platforms
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills: 


  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, product, and/or delivery and operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or transportation industries, including product configuration and customer onboarding experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and ethics; and ability to hold others accountable for delivery
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written; demonstrated ability to speak up appropriately and to raise issues to teams and management
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with employees at all levels, resolve conflict and provide feedback, and to devise and implement creative solutions to problems
  • Highly collaborative and solution-oriented with a flexible mindset that can adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to work in a fast - paced startup environment without losing sight of goals and key deliverables
  • Familiarity with technical work including APIs and excitement to dive into technical implementation structure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be willing to travel if needed
  • Must be willing to work extended hours if needed
  • Valid work authorization required
