Papier’s collection of stationery products, from notebooks & diaries to notecards and wedding invitations, is designed to feed curiosity and contemplation, to invite people to uncover the possibility of a blank page. The business is growing and internationalising rapidly, particularly experiencing growth in the US across both D2C and wholesale channels.The Operations Administrator will support the team in managing Papier's global operations, helping with reporting needs and creating and maintaining internal presentations and documents.

As new products and third-party suppliers are integrated, this role is crucial for system setup and configuration, ensuring operational efficiency, and conducting product testing to meet Papier’s standards and customer expectations.This position presents an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, build relationships with third-party printers, warehouses, and carriers worldwide, and contribute to Papier's growth. This role is paying a salary of £28,000 per annum.

Main Areas of Responsibility


  • Assist in managing third-party print, fulfillment, and carrier partners, ensuring accurate and well-documented SLA reporting to support timely customer deliveries.
  • Facilitate implementation and development of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Aid in gathering data for key projects and seasonal requirements.
  • Support the operational setup and configuration of new products with all relevant third-party print and fulfillment partners.
  • Assist in product testing with third-party print and fulfilment partners to ensure new lines meet Papier’s specifications and standards.
  • Raise purchase and transfer orders in our ERP Netsuite and monitor receipts, booking in with 3rd party providers as needed.
  • Maintainence of shipping services

  • Available to work from our London office (Mornington Crescent) Tues-Thurs each week
  • Candidate must be authorised to work in the UK
