- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Plan and oversee web development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Establish and review project budgets.
- Lead project planning sessions.
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Ten (10) years of project management experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in using agile methodologies.
- One (1) year of experience managing COTS implementation of a Cloud-based, Content Management System (CMS) project.
- Three (3) years of CMS (Drupal) project management experience.
- Experience managing Cloud CMS (Drupal) implementations for the Federal Government.
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
- Very strong writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate with both business users and Information Technology staff at all levels.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Exchange, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
- Active Industry Standard Agile Scrum Master certification (required).
