IT Manager


Description of Position: 

As an IT Manager, you will lead our IT department and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.                                                     

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Primary responsibilities of the position include analyzing the business needs, gathers requirements, designs, and develops technical solutions, provide detailed implementation plans and documentation. 

Other duties may include: 


  • Implement solutions, provide training and handoff to support teams.
  • Planning and implementation, integration and managing IT-infrastructure. 
  • Designing IT solutions and technical support for the organization.
  • Vendor management
  • SLA management of clients, hardware, links, etc.
  • Provide Technical support in network design and IT documentation.
  • All back-office software support.
  • Supporting the complete IT infrastructure for the organization.
  • Work towards to better understand the business needs and goals.
  • Run and maintain a multi-user computer system including LAN, Wide Area Network, and application server. 
  • Managing team and client.
  • Essential travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the US. 

Qualifications needed to be successful:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (Electronics/Communications) or related field + 12 months experience.
  • Must have 12 months experience with programming languages: MySQL, Node, shell scripting; Big Data Languages, and concepts: ECL, HPCC, IT infrastructure: Azure Active Directory, Nginx, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kafka, DNS Iptables, Security: Burp suite, Nmap and Zap. Operating Systems: CentOS, Ubantu, Kali Linux; Operations: SOC 2 type 2, PCI DSS, Snipe-IT; File Transfer: SFTP, FTP; Network: Cisco ASA, Netgear, Unifi; Fintech: SAR, BAI2, ACH and 314a and 314b.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
