About The Role
We are seeking a
Sr. Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our team and work on a new app/web app for small business owners. The app will include a suite of tools to streamline small business operations, such as scheduling, invoicing, review management, and more. The ideal candidate will work to design, test, and implement this product in partnership with the VP of Software Engineering.
Utilizing their knowledge of programming languages and system design, the Staff Full Stack Engineer will contribute to new projects through each stage of our software development lifecycle. Knowledge of data structure and algorithms, architecture design, code review, and troubleshooting is essential for this role.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications
- Develop, design and maintain scalable web applications, mobile applications, and backend services
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, maintaining quality and security

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

- 0 to 15 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment is required
- Knowledge of single-page web application development
- Experience building Flutter mobile application development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Working knowledge of:
- Object Oriented design principles
- Flutter and Dart
- Typescript considered a plus
- SQL and RDBMS
